1900s Edwardian Dragon’s Breath Ring, 10K, Size 4 3/4 (sold)
This is probably the earliest dragon’s breath opal ring I’ve ever found, and it’s extremely rare to find one mounted in gold.  Dragon’s breath is a rare man-made art glass that sort of looks like a combination of an opal and moonstone, but more psychedelic.  There are a number of crazy, mystical looking glass stones from the turn of the century, inspired by Art Nouveau aesthetics.
